  hyzerhub.app — the PUBLIC, INDEXABLE surface.

  SOURCE OF TRUTH is PUBLIC_EXACT in shared/routeAccess.ts. Two of its members
  are deliberately absent, and the reasons are not stylistic:

    /splash-preview  `redirect('/')` when NODE_ENV === 'production'. A <loc>
                     that redirects is a Search Console "Page with redirect"
                     error, so listing it would actively cost us.

  Everything else in PUBLIC_EXACT is here. /login and /signup are low-value but
  genuinely public, indexable, and not redirects — they are listed rather than
  quietly dropped, so this file stays a mechanical reflection of PUBLIC_EXACT.

  NO <lastmod>, <changefreq> OR <priority>, ON PURPOSE. Google ignores the last
  two outright, and a hand-maintained <lastmod> in a static file is a number
  with no way to stay true — this repo has been burned repeatedly by exactly
  that shape (the route-count triple, the lint baseline). A <loc>-only sitemap
  cannot go stale; it can only become incomplete, which the fence catches.

  🔒 FENCED: scripts/test/auth-route-access.test.ts asserts this file lists
  every PUBLIC_EXACT route except the declared exclusion, and NO walled route.
